The New York Times DealBook Conference, produced by Bloomberg LP and the Times’ main business pages, is announced. Hosted by the paper’s DealBook team, along with chief executive of Bloomberg LP Michael Bloomberg, it is the premier deal-making and finance event on the global business calendar, known for its business-intelligence presentation, its investigative journalism and its cutting-edge feature, a remote-conference capability for conference goers.
Scheduled to appear at this year’s conference are chief executive of Intel Andrew Lacy, chief executive of IMAX Corporation Rich Gelfond, chief executive of Yahoo! Greg Smith, chief executive of Foursquare, Pierre Omidyar, founder and majority owner of eBay; head of JP Morgan Chase Jamie Dimon, chief executive of the Goldman Sachs Group Lloyd Blankfein, chief executive of JPMorgan Chase; and CEO of Kraft Heinz Leonard Cotler, former foreign minister of Canada Stephen Schwarzman, chief executive of Blackstone and Blackstone Group principals Steve Schwarzman and Tony James; chief executive of Twitter Jack Dorsey; ceo of the Omnicom Group John Wren; chairman and chief executive of Pearson Dr. John Fallon; and creator and star of The King of Queens Raymond Romano.
The event will take place on Wednesday, November 14 at the Sofitel New York at Times Square.
