Facebook user Evan Sweet, an 18-year-old from Milford, Pa., shared this post about a pro-gun rally that ran concurrently with last night’s protests:

Dismay #DumpTrumpfury #notmypresident

Facebook user Ronald Zaremba reported the action for the New York Department of Corrections to Department of Homeland Security.

Later, right-wing critics suggested the pro-gun rally was more significant than the protests:

The crowds were only about two-thirds as large as the event.

Facebook users Steven Glass and Kris Phillips shared an image of the unsponsored event and claimed to know its organizer:

Organizer named Adolf Hitler was denied a license to get a permit

TMP users posted that there are changes being made to their Facebook profile photos in response to the event:

TMP users said their profiles have changed.

Anyone know for what? Apparently Meek Mill also showed up for the event.

The Donald Trump Pro-Gun Rallies Also Received Support

Several right-wing Facebook users thanked the teens for showing up.

Facebook user Linsey Welch wrote in support of the teen:

The longer the protest continues, the better it shows. The people at the school are in good spirits, their spirits are boosted by the show of support being shown at other events around the country by supporters of the president. America, get out there and show people we are not abandoning them! We still believe in democracy, and hate (prejudice) will not be stopped.
