Shopping for masks for Halloween is one of the most disheartening and stressful things to do on the internet. When you have to rush to a gas station during your hours of earning, you’ll probably end up buying the cheap mask.

But there is something you can do to make the whole experience so much less stressful — a new online video by the National Retail Federation.

The NRF says that 25 percent of shoppers plan to purchase masks this year. As a result, the company wants to teach store workers about them.

“There’s no better time to teach store associates about masks than Halloween,” the video says. It features store managers helping shoppers pick out and store staff making masks. It shares tips on what to look for in mask sellers, including the safety requirements of any medical mask and when and how to handle a mask-related fight.

Working at a store can be tough and there are many ways you can feel down after a bad day. These videos have helped me get through some terrible times.

If you need other ideas on how to help people make it through the holiday, you can check out my Halloween Do’s and Don’ts.
